looking for a bit of advice and also passing on a recommendation  i guess. I was called the other day from a young lady from a company called onlet ... the young lass was extremely helpful when i explained the sticky situation id gotten myself into by giving my tenants too much leeway in regards to late rent. I was thinking about selling the property once iv got these nightmares out but the young girl explained about a guaranteed rent service there offering witch claims there able to guarantee my rent should a tenant not cough up and also cover eviction costs ect. TBH it all sounded to good to be true but having looked at the website looks like its the real deal ... i did a mystery shop posing as a tenant just to see if they charge agency fees ect which i feel may put some prospective tenants off ...... they don't.. they were honest and just explained they were advertising the property on behalf of the landlord and it would be him/her who you dealt with ... seriously i could find no flaws in regards to any of there staff.... which brings me to my question has anybody had any negative experiences with this company? everything seems to be great would just like a bit of reinsurance before changing my mind about selling

I have used this company only to advertise but I had loads of leads from them, no problems for me. I also am thinking of using them for the guaranteed rent, I have checked it out and it does seem to be ok.

I am also looking for some reassurance have been slashed in the past, by nightmare tenants and defo want some kind of guarantee if its there to be had
