Hi Landlords,

There is a growing number of online letting agents in the UK and I'm really interested to know:

1) is this a fad, or are they growing because more landlords are using them?
2) under what circumstances would you use an online agent over a traditional agent?

I'm really interested to know because it seems like there's a new online agent every week.

They're a cheaper alternative to highstreet agents, and I think that's why they're becoming massively in demand. With the property market struggling, everyone is trying to save where they can - using an online agent is a good place to start.

I think most common reason of growing number of online letting agents is that, people started trusting on Online letting agents.
You can use an online letting agent when you have no time to wonder on streets to find a rental property.

However, now there are reliable alternatives for owners and tenants must be aware of. This method is the online rental agency,they effectively bridge the gap between online advertising and conventional Letting Agents.
