Hi all

Would love some advice to evict a non rent paying tenant ASAP. 2 months rent now has not been paid.

I have a standard tenancy agreement and the tenancy is due to run out on the 22nd feb.

Can I turf the vagrant out on the 22nd feb or do I have to follow the section 8 procedure?

If I do have to go down the section 8 route how long is it likely to before I can get him out?

Any advice on a speedy flat recovery much appreciated.  (As tempting as lethal force is I know it's not the appropriate procedure!)

You have to give two months notice either way.
