Agreement runs out  19/7 , tennant has wheelchair bound father that he has asked to move in , this isnt really feasable and may have to leave property , so doesnt want to sign 6 month agreement at this stage.......can i just extend current agreement or what other options open to me .... i have quite a good relationship with tenant???
