I was about to issue a Section 21 to finally get rid of a troublesome tenant.  I was going to fill in the dates for the notice period thinking it was 2 months (as usual.  I checked on a few sights and was informed 90days on one and  6months on the other,  Which one is correct.

"at least 2 months"... if the tenancy period is monthly and it's a SPT we're talking about?

But you could do 90 days too... or 6 months... that's kinda up to you, innit?
