Hi everyone,
                    Not long joined this site and first posting, I have a small van which is due for replacement, I know you can claim for road tax and fuel, can I claim tax on a replacement van
I let out 3 properties and the van is the only vehicle I own,

You can't set the whole cost of the van against tax. You could claim capital allowances but only pro rata based on the ratio of business to non-business mileage. Unless your tenants a very high-maintenance, I'm guessing that's not going to be a very big number so you may find it less of a faff to forget claiming for costs individually and just claim 45p per business mile.
