Thoughts on tennant wanting inflatable hot tub.  Will it affect my insurance. Thanks

Are they expecting you to provide this? If not,I can't see why your insurance would be affected.

If the Tenants are installing their own inflatable anything... hot tub, paddling pool, Donald Trump effigy... then you don't need to worry about your insurance, or even be notified... it's inflatable.

If the Tenants are asking you to pay for the supply and installation of an inflatable hot tub... just refuse, regardless of insurance.

I had a tenant who unknown to me installed an inflatable hot tub in the summer house which caused much damage to the structure.
At that time, I had a agent who completly failed to extract repair costs, leaving me to pick up the repair costs!
Please be careful where they place it and also be aware of the damage such a large vloume of water can cause in the event of burst liner or substantial leak?
