Hi

Hi am new here and not even sure I have done this correctly so please bear with me.

I need to give my 3 tenants a minimum of 2 months notice as I want to sell my house due to ill health, They were all on individual  Assured Fixed  short hold tenancies agreements which are now Periodic,  therefore my query is can anyone advise the correct forms I have to serve, I have read a lot online but its not really clear to me!. 

Tenant 1 moved in September 2015  - Do I do the notice on a section 21 (4)a?
Tenant 2 moved in October 2016  - Do I do the a notice on a section 21 form 6a?
Tenant 3 moved in November  2016 - Do I do the notice on a section 21 6a?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
