Hi guys,

It appears that my (student) tenants have caused so many noise complaints in the block that the buildings' management agent has sent them two formal complaints and are now telling me that I'm in breach of my head lease. When the complaints were made to me, I told the tenants to keep it down, and I told all the complainants that they need to report the noise themselves to the council/police because it's not my responsibility, but I was wondering if any other Landlords with properties in London have experienced nuisance tenants that have put them in breach of their head lease and how they've dealt with it in the short term?

Not sure if you managed to sort this, but noise monitors are pretty good short term solutions to complaints.
