I m looking for rent insurance or guarantee, cover what ever they call them, that has been put into a test with successful outcomes please 🙏

Generally-speaking, the population here does not seem to favour it. We certainly wouldn't recommend a product, as that kinda puts an element of responsibility on us, rather than you if (when) they Houdini-escape out of paying. If you feel the need to investigate it, maybe you have other problems that can be solved / ameliorated by changing / not accepting the Tenant in your sights? If not, talk to a Broker.
