I like property

As a landlady I am finding my management company more unreliable. I resonantly signed my part of the new lease for my tenant and returned it to them.
In the meantime I have been in contact with my tenant and we both agreed we were being treated unfairly and decided to continue just between us.
When I contacted the agent they informed me that as I had already signed, it was legally binding now and I was not able to leave.
Is this legal?

Sounds perfectly fine to me... why would you sign it? I mean... does signing something literally mean nothing to you? Check if there's a cooling-off period... if not, you're on the hook to stand by your word / commitment / legally-binding agreement... unless you can appeal to their better nature.
