hi there must i grant common hold on a flat i own
two flats one shop
only one flat is on lease hold the shop and other flat is owned out right be me

I'm fairly convinced you do not have to.  Check out a site called www.lease.org.  Very authoritative but be patient that the navigation is not as slick as it could be.  Hope this helps.
