Hi all, hope someone can help. We move back into our property in mid November, which is currently being rented. Unforunately the landlord insurance is now up for renewal. Do we just pay for it (£120) then get buildings insurance when we move back in? I don't think we can get buildings insurance if we're letting the property, can we?

Thanks in advance :-)

Yes you can (and should) get buildings insurance for the property you're letting. I used CETA tel:0845 458 3068 they were really helpful - JC
