Hi.
I am thinking of moving my tenant to a contractual periodic tenancy.  Good tenant and I don't see the need to pay more estate agent fees as I manage everything.  However, rather than a monthly periodic tenancy I would like a "locked in" period of one year (contractual).

How can I accomplish this?  Can I just use the existing AST agreement in some way?  I'm not a lawyer and could not draft such an agreement from scratch.

Any advice would be appreciated.
