What does everyone work to? 3 times income?

I've never done it that way.

I have the prospective Tenant referenced, if it's a Pass that will have been part of it, affordability. If it's a Don't Proceed, I assess why and sometimes I will override.

Me either in the past, but one of my new Openrent screening questions is about income and everyone seems willing to tell me.
