I have received a from from my managing agent (managing agent for the block that I pay service charges to etc.) with the quarterly notice of tenant demand. The form is a general form asking that contact information is up to date. They are asking for my contact information and then my tenants' contact information. I've never given them this information as I didn't think this was appropriate or needed. Is it even correct / legal to give out my tenants' names and telephone number to the agents. I thought I'll check it first before I give them the information.

Sorry, but the very simple answer is to read your Lease. We can't tell you what your Lease says. That is the only document that matters. Certainly nothing else is overly pertinent.

My message might not be v clear. They have my details, I don't mind giving them my tenants' details, not even sure that they not already have them, just wondered if anyone had experience with it. And if there are reasons why not to. It was just a standard form.
