Hi  hope you can advise me please?
I have a property originally fully managed by an agent 2 years ago .Due to breach of contract on their part they offered to simply collect rent and not fully manage at a reduced rate which I agreed to .
I am still paying a lot of money for this service and cant afford it so in January I emailed them giving them 2 months notice to end their services .However they have informed me that If I give them notice I must also give notice to the Tenant which I dont want to do at this point in time .
I have asked my tenant to pay the next rent  directly into my account and not the agents . Another issue is the Tenants Bond .The agent will not transfer into my name .
How am I fixed please ? I have already paid their fees up until July 2018 and am willing to forfeit those fees to remove the service .
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
