Hi there
Looking for some advice filling in N5B form. I've served my tenant section 21, she is not engaging in any conversation and simply ignoring me. I've started filling in N5B form and it's asking for a copy of the tenancy agreement. I don't have this document. This tenant was placed by my Father who had since passed away and I can't find a copy in his files. I've since asked my tenant to sign a new agreement which is in her possession signed by me but I do not have a signed copy. The form is requesting I send a copy of the agreement which I simply don't have. Will this make my application invalid? I was thinking of providing bank statements and explaining this situation as a covering letter. Any advice would be appreciated.

You can't use the accelerated route without a copy of the tenancy agreement.
