hey today i have mostly been poking shit out of a soil pipe and drain!

The toilet is blocked they said. Bloody understatement!

tried ramming rod and plunger down toilet having fought my way through the thirty or forty empty toilet roll tubes. nothing happening.

ok must be drain so rodded from other end =still nothing.

now the soil pipe is an old cast iron one and its about twenty feet to where the toilet exits the bathroom!!

got out the concrete breaker and dug down to pipe then put rods up pipe. then well i can only describe the result as a 10 foot shit sausage exiting the pipe at about 90 mph.  oh the joy of being a landlord 

the cause some lazy moron has been using baby wipes and kitchen roll. cue lots of swearing.   

This is a serious issue and any time and cost involved should be billed to the current tenants, after all it is they who probably caused the block bu misusing the soil pipe and throwing things that should have gone for recycling (cardboard toilet rolls), so BILL THEM. NO EXCUSES.
