I got an email today from my agent asking if I'd be willing to discount the first months rate by 50% for a new tenant. Fair enough right? So I asked if they'd discount their fee. What are the chances do you think?

I would say less,maybe around 0%?

Whilst you;re at it - ask your mortgage lender if they'll accept 50% discount for that first months payment
