Hi All

Just starting out on the lettting road. Letting out one property to fund purchase on another.
Tenant finding and referencing outsourced to a letting company.
First possible tenant has come back with a ccj against him. Credit history etc sounds ok, just a ccj in the background
Do you think I should say no way to him and look elsewhere or go to the trouble of asking for more info.
Any advice from landlords who have had similar decisions to make would be much appreciated.

hi danlad, would look elsewhere  for tenant, if your looking
to fund another property with rent paying every month..
lots of tenants out there, with better credit references.  why risk a maybe,,.
