I as the landlord have been awarded the full deposit by a court order. Is it right that my agent has processed this as if it was rent paid and taken a percentage.
I would have thought that this is wrong as it's money I was rewarded?

It depends on what your contract with the agent says and why the court ordered the deposit to be transferred. "Awarded" isn't used in the sense of a prize, it's used in the sense of directing a payment as the result of a decision.

Was the "award" to cover rent arrears or property damage?
