i've returned full deposit to my tenant because of accidental fire incidental damage and the tenant already moved out from the property.  i've not secure the rental deposit in tenancy deposit scheme(tds). what are the possible consequences and problems that i may face , because my tenant is asking for details for tds and threatening me with legal actions.

The possible consequences are that you will be sued for 3x the deposit plus the deposit (which you've already returned)... so 3x the deposit.
