Hi, I would like to ask for advice on insurances for landlord. Please could I be adviced what kind of insurances are important for us ? And are there any kind of special insurance that we can take as well ?

I do understand about building insurance, content insurance, legal expense and rent guarantee insurance. Are there other insurances we should consider ?

You get Landlord's Insurance in place of most of the varieties you mention. RGI is a waste of time.

If your property is Leasehold you'll get a cheaper Landlord's Insurance quote as you'll be paying for the Building Insurance another way. If you let out property unfurnished then you don't really need to worry about Contents Insurance - but always advise the Tenant they would be wise to get their own Contents Insurance.
