Hi, my lease states 'The lease prohibits or restricts alienation'. Can I still rent my flat out with this clause ?

I think the below is what it refers to the like of :
The lessee shall not during the term hereby created :
1) assign this lease to a limited company or to any person who does not at the same time become the holder of the Lessee's share in the company.
2) during the last seven years of the term hereby created assign underlet or part with possession or permit any person into occupation of the whole of the Demised Premises without the previous written consent of the lessor such consent not to be unreasonably witheld.
