Hello, me again.  I have given my LA notice as they weren't the best, and have requested the Inventory they "prepared" for me as per the clause below in the agreement contract

"We will prepare an Inventory of the Contents of the Property and a broad descriptive Schedule of the condition of the decoration of the Property."

I have asked numerous times for this, and they are ignoring my emails. I have contacted my clients and asked if the LA prepared and inventory and schedule of condition with them, and they did not.

I am about to phone the LA, how should I approach this, ask them to do the tasks now, or ask for a refund of their charges? Or anything else?  They have been extremely lazy throughout the last 6 months, hence the fact I have given them notice.  I take over management of the property myself this weekend.  Thanks

Personally I would just let it go.

Most Agents are arseholes, and no one really wants to do work which they wont get paid for.

My only advice.

Do it face to face, start by being nice, then shouty, then nice again......
