I Just got an eviction notice that is to whom ever is in the apartment and claims that there was a subtenant in my apartment.

This is absolutely wrong since I am living here and I no one was here renting my apartment.

My apartment is a total mess with computers and boxes and I could never rent out my apartment to anyone they would scream and run away!!!

I suspicion is the landlord is making this up as an excuse to evict me???

any suggestions on how to handle this???
