My tenant was served a section 21 notice for her to vacate back in February 2014 due to rent arrears.  We rent the property through the local authority scheme so our tenant is on benefit as well as working.  Just been advised by the council that the tenant has lost her job and will be unable to pay the rent again.  Just want the tenant out of the property but without having to incur the extortionate fees solicitors are charging,  what can we do?
