hi tenants paying and has always paid rent to a ltd management company
ltd company is now dissolved
tenancy agreement is in the name of the ltd company as landlord

my question is if landlord issues s8 notice and the tenancy agreement is in the name of landlords ltd company

1 will the landlord have s8 deemed invalid
2 will the dissolved company have to be re-instated in order to claim back rent arrears

also 1 important queerie if tenants vacate property and leave substantial damage will dissolved company be respnosible for the damage to the landlord as tenant would not be respnosible to landlord only the dissolved company

interesting questions and i would like some interesting answers please
