Hi!!! Sorry if this is an ongoing thread, its my first time on this site. I just wanted to say I have had a problem with my letting agent doing late payments with usual excuses. So I took the advice on late payment given by the Landlord in the article. Worked a real treat!!!! Money in my account, full apology and bottle of gin on the way!!!
