Good day all,

Probably been asked a million times. Best Landlord software? It would be nice to not have monthly subscriptions. I do use Excel but thought pro accounting software will have better features and integrations.

Can anyone vouch for FreeAgent? I have a NatWest biz account so its offered free. Any good?

Software evolves so any recommendations greatly appreciated.

FreeAgent is superb in my view.

I have a free Mettle (Natwest) account and, via that, I get FreeAgent for free. I've used it for the past few years.

FreeAgent started out as an accounting bookkeeping application for sole-traders and small business, that has grown ever more capable.

Because of HMRC's Making Tax Digital initiative and the number of landlords that this will affect, the company is in the process of adding more Landlord-specific features to the application:

Initially these changes are for landlord clients of accountancy practices, but ultimately it will be rolled out for direct landlord use:

But even without these changes, I find FreeAgent (+ Mettle) very useful
