Hi, having rented several properties using local agents, I have decided to save and manage my new property myself. I am happy to do the viewings/check-in/inventory, etc, so I need assistance with Rightmove marketing and documentation. Can anyone advise of an online agent that can offer these services? Also, I would like a To Rent board - do any agents offer this..? Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated!

Whats a To Rent Board?

Apart from paying someone to do it for you in the past do you know all the legal ins and outs involved, its a minefield for the uninitiated.

Openrent is where I advertise and the advert goes onto the portals.

Just realised what a To Rent Board is 

You won't need one of those in this day and age. I've just advertised a property 14 people who went through a minefield of questions, 4 I'd give a viewing to in about 10 hours of it going live.

This implies you're green. Once you're on RightMove it doesn't matter one bit - what are you hoping for, passing trade?
