Hi all,
I am trying to figure out all of my outgoings as a landlord - have I forgotten or over looked anything:
RENTAL INCOME minus:
- Mortgage payment
- Service Charge and Ground Rent and occasional hidden extra fees (if a flat ONLY)
- Landlord Insurance and Boiler cover

Then optional is Estate Agency fees.

Finally any accountant costs and of course the one we often overlook TAX

Is there anything else? Have I missed anything when calculating how much my NET monthly earning could be??

I dont think you mentioned Annual Gas Safe Certificate.
