Hi guys

The Energy Act 2011 request landlords to make energy efficiency improvements to their rented properties and there are proposals for all landlords to register with a goverment scheme registor. Properties with low EPC rating will not be allowed to be rented after 2018 and tenants can carry out improvement works after 2016.
 
As part of my Dissertation I am examining the Energy Act 2011 and fuel poverty in private rented sector and I very much appreciate if you can kindly spear few minutes of your time to answer the questionnaire provided in the following link.

I had a research dissertation, too.  And it discovered facts not known by anyone, so was quite exciting at the time.   So I'm happy to put something back and I've completed your survey.

I will do in about three months time or so. Just waiting for more results from Councils which i requested under Freedom of Information Act but they taking ages.
