Is there a bad tenant list? Having been ripped of by tenants not paying rent then stealing the cooker and washing achineand leaving thousandsin damages, I want to pass their names so otherlandlords do not suffer the same stress that we did ?

Claim for the damage and theft by taking them to court, they get a CCJ, will appear on future searches.

There is no bad tenant list that I know of, and it almost certainly wouldn't be legal.

As above, the normal legal process for collecting such debts (which is easy to do on line) will start a ball rolling
and, while it's unlikely to deliver any actual money can be quite satisfying in itself.
