Hello

I wonder if we can pay wages to directors of a property investment company. The company own a rental property and has rental income and expenses only. Can we charge directors wages to the P&L account to reduce profit.

I would be grateful if someone could help.

Hi, It sounds like  more of a question for your accountant than it is for us.

Yes of course you can -  (how/why did you set up limited company if you didn't know that?)
But obviously it becomes income for the Director so you need to figure out difference between marginal income tax and corporation tax etc to see if it worthwhile.
