Hi all. We had tenants move out of the property after 10 days into their AST. We managed to find new tenants and sign them up six weeks later. The old tenants paid their utilities when they moved out 6 weeks ago. I understand they are not liable for the utilities during the 6weeks the property was empty but are they liable for the council tax?
