I am a resident manager
building owners served a 3 day notice to pay or quit on a tenant in my building
who had not paid rent for 8 months!
unfortunately this girl used to work at a catering company I also currently work at
so I know her as a previous work acquaintance.
she was fired from that job after a year
I tried to keep her from  renting in my building
but she got in
and quickly became a problem
removed an air conditioning unit from the wall with out permission
and other things--plus--
after moving in she asked if she could get a small dog
I told her yes a small dog was ok
she ended up with 2 full grown pit bulls
she claimed they were just temporary and were going be living elsewhere
that never happened
so I looked the other way
until recently I kept having to remind her to leash them when in the hallways
after a while it seemed they hardly were ever taken out for walks or bathroom use
her door was across from mine
so I was very aware of her coming and goings
she had no regular walking or outdoor bathroom schedule for the dogs
then I started hearing water running 24/7 from her unit when ever I was in the storeroom under her unit
I told the owners they said to knock and if she wasn't there go in and check because its an emergency
when I went in the unit was a horrible mess
trash literally knee deep--in every room
and there was a big cage in the main room (its a single) were
apparently she was keeping the dogs
the water running was in the bathroom where she had done something to the tub faucet to cause the
water to not turn off--the faucet was completely missing
(thankfully no flooding.)
sthe bathroom had piles of toilet paper yes knee deep with feces on them.
it was a fithly mess
and putting all that together
I felt it was animal abuse living  in those conditions
plus thy never were being walked like they should.
I reported her to the aspca
they came the same day she got the 3 day notice
so now she says shes suing me and prosecuting me for slander and deflamation of character
and fro her stress ans suffering says I caused her to not sleep and eat
any way the owners gave her till the 31st of the month to move out
as she decided to move instead of waiting for us to evict.
so on the 1st of the month every garbage can was filled outside with her trash and after trash day I still have bags of her trash to go out next trash day
anyway on the first of the month there was still an old wood shaving rose wreath on her door and a dirty little  round red rug
left behind so I threw them out
it was the first of the month and
she was given till the 31st to move--even after not paying rent for 8 months
so now a week later shes calling me telling shes prosecuting me for tossing out her "keepsakes" the wreath and little red rug
and still insisting shes suing  me for slander because "she just knows Ive talked to tenants and people we worked with at the catering company all about her"
I'm like what ever
she says her lawyers are gonna investigate everyone in the building and the catering company to see if I talked about her
I'm like WTF?
she only worked at the same place as me for a year I was there 3 years before her
and shes the first tenant here I have had this kind of insane trouble with
and not the damn wreath
she left a message today and said said hope you enjoy your incarceration I'm prosecuting to the fullest extent of the law.
I remember when she got the wreath and little rug it was like from anna's linens or something
still had a 7.98 price tag on it when I tossed it out
the owners tell me ignore her
I blocked her number
but should I put a restraining order on her?
the owners havnt even moved foreward to sue her for back rent
any advice
anyone
she creeps me out
she's a 24 year old Korean girl
told me this was her first apartment on her own
how can effectively keep her away from me

she's causing me tons of stress

I dont think you are in the UK.

We are no use to you.

Exactly the same as me then.

I think eldenave secretly fancies the person being referred to in the poem. I've seen it all before, in the playground. Poetry is a good way of getting a 24 year old Korean girl to like you, I am sure. Nothing can go wrong.

I particularly like the way the only capital letter starting a sentence is I......

It alludes to the male castration demographic of the modern world where pre-feminism ideals are used to emancipate the modern male, together with the use of multi media technology in making self determination of the individual impossible.

I was also thinking something like that, but I think I concluded the opposite. Go figure...

I was merely recounting this horrid story
and asking for advice
