Can anyone give me an idea of cost for a new kitchen and bathroom in a 2 bed modern starter type house please? The property is in the north west and off the top of my head, I'm guessing around £6k for the two.

Has anyone done this (i.e. installing those things in a rental property & not their own house where the cost would no doubt be more) and can provide me with their view?

By way of an update, the quote's I've had in are between £2,500 and £3,500 with the latter being to completely move the kitchen and start from scratch. For a bathroom start at £2,200 and work down. So for £2,200 it means new ceailing, wall's replastered + the suite itself. A kitchen makeover (new doors, pelmet etc...) £700.

Hope this helps someone else. I image it may be a bit more down south though.
