HI, it's that time of year. Can anyone recommend an insurer for my rental property? Many thanks

What sort of insurance are you after? Is this for the building,or do you mean insurance against rent loss? If the latter,I would not recommend any of them.If the latter there are hundreds to choose from. Go online and get some quotes.I am with broker Alan Boswell,underwritten by Aviva.
