We own 3 flats, one is attached to our home as an annexe and is a holiday let. Insurance inc. Public liability is becoming excessive and is now over £ 750.00 per annum. Can anyone advise the cheapest method of insuring a home with holiday accommodation attached.

A word with a specialised broker would be the best bet I'd have thought.

Direct Line will beat any quote for LL insurance.

£250 a flat doesn't seem out the way.

Given there is a 25% premium over owner occupiers, I would say you are about right mate.
