We don't have to completely a self assessment as profit from the property we let is under the limit.
We are now selling up.... (in England as private landlords)

I know you must inform HMRC within 60days of completion,  but how?

Is there a specific form?

Or does anyone have a template letter they could share?

You are talking about reporting a Capital Gain and paying CGT on the sale?
