YEAH! everyone its the snow excuse

yes its the time of the year when your lazy b****rd tenant has only to look out the window through the haze of weed to come up with the brilliant snow excuse for not having their rent in hand.

tenant 1 tonight  i havnt been able to get to my mums to pick up my rent!
tenant 2 my bank account was frozen ha ha
tenant 3 not there and no doubt stuck in the snow
tenant 4 lost my room key and am looking in the snow all the way home
tenant 5 the jsa people havent paid me "wages"enough to cover my weed and your rent so i just bought my weed man.
tenant 6 er! whats the snow pick for?!!

f**k it i'm going sledging tomorrow and building me some nice fat snow tenants.

My goodness, do we share the same tenants?!!  I've got one in prison so can't use snow as an excuse and the rest are just complaining that it's cold because I haven't put the heating on at 23C all day, every day.  Next, they'll be slipping and falling up the garden path after a night in the pub and suing me for not gritting.

Good luck with the weed smokers - they probably don't even realise it IS winter.
