Ok so I'm happy to say it can be done. I completed all the necessary forms myself and saved £'s. I have now received the repossession order giving tenant till 30th April to vacate premises.

I know she won't go as she wants to be rehoused by the council so my question is, how and when do I instruct bailiffs? I'm happy to go with court appointed ones, so do I wait till 30th and then go/ phone court or do I do it sooner?

Is there another form that I need?

Not sure if there is another form you need, not having done this myself but i'm sure others will advise you on that.
To answer your question of when to act, you have to give her till the deadline date to move and she may just be planning on doing that.
You'll have to go back to the court if she doesn't move on and upgrade to a more drastic action whereby they will physically evict.
