Hi, We are relatively new to the landlord scene. Our Lettings Agent is saying our property looks tired and the whole thing needs painting. We have patch up the paint so there's no cracks or stains in the paintwork and we will be putting in new carpets throughout. To our eyes, the paintwork now looks fine. Would you paint the whole thing? What is your experience of this?

A well painted wall ain't gonna look much worse than a newly well painted wall.

It's your choice, too... your Letting Agent works for you, remember; don't let the tail wag the dog.
