Hi, everyone

I am buying a flat in Ealing, London, it needs some work to be done to it from this weekend-

1. to get rid of wall paper, and need new plastering/ painting,
2. may be need electric new wiring as well,
3. the ceiling is a bit sagging, and bathroom needs updating and
4. old carpet needs to be replaced by the wooden (or laminated) floor.

Do you have a good and reasonable priced builder can recommend to me?

Rated People .com I used recently and the service was good, in terms of it works.

My only other suggestion is to go old school and start drinking every night around 5 O'clock in the local "Boozer"
