hi I am a new landlord  my mother left me a house and as I  decided to repair it and rent it out this meant after i sorted the bills etc out and  went through probate( which I did myself not a solicitor ),bringing the house up to liveable stranded   i am letting the house out now
.I have read quite a bit of info from here for first time landlords which as been very helpful .I have registered  and got the  details for SA    but is there some info you can give me on filling a AS first time, eg keeping records?   or where on the forum could i go for info  thanks coffee
