Hi, i  really would love some advice as to what i can do.. i got evicted from my last property due to rent arrears caused by a mistake with my benefits. I was found intentionally homeless (which is garbage as i did all i could to prevent my situation). I am now in temp accommodation awaiting to find somewhere. I have tried everywhere but in vain, i have been given a bronze homebond and i have 6 weeks rent i can offer upfront.. but i cant get a guarantor, which is proving the problem. Please if there is anyone out there that can help or advise i would very much appreciate it as i have 5 small children to care for and i just want to give them a home again. Thankyou. 

You have my sympathies.  It's not a nice position to be in.  I think you need to go on viewings and speak to the landlords indivdually to put your case over personally rather than them relying on 'reports'  Just like investments past performance isn't a guide to the future but it's all some have to go off unfortunately.
