Hi Im am at my whits end.

I am the agent for my father. I have a four bedroom HMO all legal and above board. I have had ongoing issues with two tennants when they became redundant and started claiming Housing benefit!

We are talking war of the roses the two are at each others throats. The other two tennants have moved out loss in earnings of £700.

I issued them both notice to quit. One states its not legal (Citzens Advise them so)
I re-issue with At6 and S33.. to be sure.... (Again Citzens advice inform them its not legal)

i have spoken to many solicitors and all state the documents are. The level of disruption they cause me regarding continuous disputes is unreal.

If i wanted to move back in once their notice is up can i do so.

I know that court proceedings are costly and not neccesarrily one at the first hurdle but i really am struggling with what i can do!
