I have a buy to let flat in central London, and Southwark council (SC) under additional licence application are not granting one of the bedroom 6.43 sq. meter as a bedroom although this has been let to full time students under one contract sharing facilities. The estate containing flats was constructed in 1979 and freeholder is the SC. When I bought the flat in 2013 it was marketed by Foxtons as a bedroom and I invested with a view rental income being my pension. Now this will affect my earning and costs.

Solutions/suggestions please?
